Urgent UK Sameday delivery

Our modern fleet combining Escort sized vans, Transits, Sprinters, Luton box vans and 7.5 ton lorries allows us to collect and deliver items as varied as envelopes or pallets at extremely short notice.

From receiving your confirmed booking a dedicated vehicle and fully trained driver will be despatched who will deliver you consignment direct to the destination.

All vehicles can be contacted en-route for up to the minute progress reports and the instant the goods are received a proof of delivery is available either by phone, fax, e-mail or SMS text message.

All goods carried in accordance with our Conditions of Carriage.

Timed deliveries

Whether you require a last minute deadline delivery of a Tender document, or simply have to meet a “book in” time at a delivery point Elite Sameday can provide a service.

Optionally we provide a next-day dedicated service or weekend services to suit the customer.

Two Man deliveries

Exactly as it would suggest a second person can be provided either to assist loading or simply as a security measure where high value goods are involved.

European Dedicated Delivery

There are times when even Air – Freight is not fast enough for that last minute urgent delivery. Be it a sample bound for a far off manufacturing facility, or an engine part for a passenger ferry stranded in a Mediterranean port, Elite Sameday have the experience to plan and provide dedicated transport throughout the continent. We can also provide staff for “aircraft walk on” deliveries of time critical documents and very small items.

Exhibition Transport

We understand the time and effort that goes into organising a presence at a trade show, exhibition or expo; we understand that the most important exhibitor in attendance is you!

So whether you are a small exhibitor, an event company or an agency managing a campaign on behalf of a client, Elite Sameday will work closely with you to provide a service that will take the hassle out of getting your freight to and from your exhibition.

From collection of your stand and stock, delivery to your allocated plot and then collection re-load and return to storage, we maintain full responsibility throughout. All our vehicles are satellite tracked so we can monitor and advise arrival times to the minute; all are equipped with tail- lifts for ease and speed of un-loading, and a full range of handling equipment can be provided to transport your stand from dock to site.

Of course, with our background in urgent sameday delivery, should you have a last minute requirement for a dedicated vehicle we can deal with that too!

Retail swap-out and Installation deliveries – Merchandising Services

From the delivery and installation of free –standing computer games machines at high-street stores, to the collection of retail display equipment, we can tailor a service to meet our clients exacting needs. On-site “wrap and pack” can be arranged for the protection of your goods and a full range of handling equipment can be provided to aid collection and delivery in difficult access areas.

All of our drivers are trained in basic installation – whether it’s as simple as dropping off a flat packed POS unit, or as complex as an out of hours de-rig of a merchandising display – we can cope. And with our extensive fleet you can be certain that if it’s one store or one hundred stores we can deliver.

Elite Sameday are able to offer a truly bespoke service - should you require transport of oddly shaped, fragile, or irreplaceable items, or simply require out of hours deliveries to inaccessible places, we will take the time to ascertain your needs and build a service to suit.

We have moved items as varied as 3 metre high fizzy drink bottle replica through to a full size transparent Perspex champagne bar. We have planned and undertaken “just in time” out of hours deliveries of sound stage equipment to outdoor concerts and undertaken last minute collections of boxed fruit from farms in support of “Guerilla Marketing” road – show campaigns.
